Break-Fix Support
For those clients not currently on our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we offer Break-Fix support. Based on what solutions you have in place we will work on your support issues on an hourly rate. Each product may have some minor changes to that hourly rate and will be based upon an evaluation of the situation. Your support issues will be taken care of on a first come first served basis and may include some downtime.
